Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled and shipped out by a one person team (just me!) within 3-5 business days from time of order. Please factor in USPS carrier slow downs as your orders may also experience shipping delays due to the pandemic. The shipping time may also fluctuate during busier seasons like the holidays. Thank you for your patience!

Tracking

All orders will be provided with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a message with tracking information via the email you provided at checkout. 

Incorrect Address

Please email cheeryhuman@gmail.com ASAP. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped. 

Why is my package taking so long to get to me?

Unfortunately, once USPS has your package I no longer have control over how long it takes for the carrier to deliver your package. I highly recommend factoring in USPS carrier slow downs when placing your order and keeping an eye on your tracking information for insight into where your package may be.
